The telecommunications companies Celcom and Digi are now under the auspices of a conglomerate company CelcomDigi, but still maintain their respective brands and telecommunications services.
Recently, CelcomDigi has announced that customers of these two telecommunication services can go to existing Blue Cube and Digi Store stores to take advantage of the customer service of these companies regardless of which service they use.
Together, Blue Cube and Digi Store have 534 stores throughout Malaysia that can be used for 11 types of services, including bill payment, exchange of telecommunication plans, SIM card replacement and so on.
New customers who want to subscribe to a Celcom or Digi plan can also go to these two stores, based on which location is closer to get one of the prepaid or postpaid plans from these two telecommunications companies.
