Cradle Offers Grants Totaling RM14 Million For Startups In 2023


 With the healthy development of the local technology and startup arena, now MOSTI shared that Cradle will offer a grant amounting to RM14 million for the year 2023.



"Cradle offers two types of grants, namely CIP Spark and CIP Sprint. These two grants are conditional to be allocated under the 12th Malaysia Plan with the mission of supporting the holistic development and commercialization of startup companies through various value-added services such as business capital development, acceptance and market access," according to the Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation.


For information, under CIP Spark, Cradle provides a grant of up to RM150,000 for a period of 18 months, while CIP Sprint offers a grant of up to RM600,000 for a maximum period of 18 months.


In addition to Cradle, there are several other agencies that also offer funding assistance to start-up companies in Malaysia, including MAVCAP.
