If you are a Sony digital camera user, you need to download the new application Creator' App which now replaces the Imaging Edge application that has been used for so long. Creator's App has an interface that is easier to understand and also comes with a Creator's App feature that saves images directly to cloud storage.
All the old features like remotely controlling the camera shutter and making changes to the camera settings can still be done in the Creator's App. The Imaging Edge app will be pulled from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Currently only Alpha 7 IV and ZV-1F cameras are supported. Then the Alpha 7R V, FX3, FX30 cameras. The Alpha 7 IV, Alpha 7R V, FX3, and FX30 will be updated to also support the Creator's App. New users will receive 5GB of free storage. Those with Sony cameras will be upgraded to 25GB of free storage. Other plans for larger storage have not been announced by Sony.
