Duckduckgo Add search feature generated ai named duckassist

DuckduckGo today announced the introduction of the integration of artificial intelligence features on their search engines, allowing users to get quick answers for a direct search on the search results page, without having to open any website.

Duckduckgo made this matter by offering content from Wikipedia directly to the search results page. They name this feature as a duckassist.

For this technology, DuckduckGo uses the language technology provided by Openai and Anthropic to summarize and display answers from Wikipedia.

Duckduckgo says this is the beginning of the integration of artificial intelligence support on their search engines, and more new features will be added in the coming months.

For now, this feature can be tested on the Duckduckgo web and through the DuckduckGo plugy.
