Fujifilm Instax Mini 12 Launched With New Design

Another new Fujifilm instant film camera has been officially announced with the introduction of the Instax Mini 12. It is an updated model of the previous Fujifilm Instax Mini 11 with some changes. It can be seen through a redesigned body with a rectangular shape without curves that makes the experience of taking pictures now easier.

This is matched by the addition of several new features that include a new parallax correction function that helps make photos taken for Close-Up Mode. Furthermore, the Instax Mini 12 also has an automatic light adjustment control that is able to better optimize image quality in bright or dark environments. With this, users can get the image quality they deserve in various conditions. Then the lens structure has also been updated to make it easier for users to access close-up and selfie modes more easily by simply rotating the lens on the camera.

The 60mm focal length lens like the previous generation is still maintained. At the same time, it also still uses any Instax instant film and as many as two AA-sized batteries are required for operation on the camera. The new Instax Up app was also announced together as a place to scan, store and share digital photos locally.

The Instax Mini 12 is sold for $79.95 (~RM358) apiece with a choice of colors such as Lilac Purple, Pastel Blue, Clay White, Blossom Pink and Mint Green. The camera has also been found listed through Fujifilm Malaysia's official website without any official price being revealed so far.
