Google is slowly bringing many of the exclusive features and functions of Google Pixel devices to other Android devices as well as iOS. They started with some editing features of Google Photos, the most recent of which is Magic Eraser.
Recently, they brought the Google One VPN feature to all customers. Google's own VPN was previously only limited to those who subscribed to the 2TB plan which costs RM42.99 per month. But now everyone subscribes to any Google One plan including the one that costs RM8.49 per month for 100GB.
Just like before, Google One VPN can only be used in selected countries. There are over 20 countries that you can see listed on the Google support page. Malaysia is not listed yet for now.
Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro users are lucky because they don't even need to subscribe to Google One, VPN access is provided for free.
