Normally the application needs to be downloaded first before the user knows if it can be run without problems. If you have an unlimited plan this is not an issue but unfortunately after installing the app cannot run smoothly. Google is now starting to display warnings if apps may have issues when installed.
Through Mishal Rahman's tip, the above screenshot was shared. The Play Store tells users that certain apps have issues when installed on devices with the same specifications as the user's device. This data may be collected from other users who report issues to Google when the app is problematic.
With Android devices having thousands of configurations, this feature is very useful to users before the app is downloaded. This feature has never been officially announced by Google and may only be tested on a small number of users first.
