Several new Honor Play devices have been announced in China. It consists of the Honor Play 7T and Honor Play 7T Pro which are the new mid-range device options. Both also have their own similarities and differences, but are still interesting in their class.
Starting with the Honor Play 7T Pro, it uses a boxy body with a perforated front panel. This is also matched with a 6.7″ LTPS LCD screen that supports FHD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The Dimensity 6020 chip is used at the heart of the device which also combines 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The main camera consists of 50MP (main) + 2MP (depth) and an 8MP selfie camera. The battery capacity is 4000mAh which supports 44W fast charging.
Turning to the Honor Play 7T, it is equipped with a flat screen with curved sides. This is joined by a rear panel that houses a 50MP + 2MP dual camera. The front panel has a small notch which also supports the 8MP selfie camera. It also has similarities with the pro variant through the use of the Dimensity 6020 chip, 8GB RAM memory and 256GB internal storage. The battery capacity is larger with a capacity of 6000mAh which also supports 22.5W charging.
Both devices are limited to China only for now. The sales price starts at RMB1099 (~RM702) for the Honor Play 7T (8GB/128GB). While it starts at RMB1499 (~RM958) for the Honor Play 7T Pro.
