HP has recently introduced a series of updated laptops with the latest components, and also introduced a new laptop with a thin design that also comes with powerful performance.
The HP Omen Transcend 16 is a hybrid class gaming and productivity laptop that shows HP using magnesium alloy to develop a thin and light laptop frame.
This laptop is equipped with a 16-inch LED mini display option with a resolution of 2560×1600 with a refresh rate of 240Hz. It also has the usual IPS display option with a resolution of 1920×1200 with a refresh rate of 165Hz.
This Mini LED display is seen with a very high brightness value, which is 1180 nits, and has support for HDR1000 display technology that promises a bright viewing and gaming experience but also has quite good color accuracy.
In terms of internal components, this laptop is equipped with CPU options up to Intel Core i9-13900HX with DDR5 memory options up to 32GB and PCIe 4.0 SSD storage up to 2TB. In terms of GPU options, the Omen Transcend 16 comes with a choice of graphics cards up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070.
In terms of plugs, this laptop is loaded with two USB 3.2 Type-A plugs, two Thunderbolt 4 plugs and one DisplayPort 1.4 plug and one HDMI 2.1 plug.
With this build, the HP Omen Transcend 16 comes with a thickness of 19.9mm and a weight of only 2.1kg, and although it comes with a large size, which allows it to be easily carried anywhere, and charging using USB Type-C allows you to carry only one device charger , further lighten the burden of your bag.
HP says that the HP Omen Transcend 16 will be available in select markets starting mid-year at a starting price of $1699.
