After about a month Apple introduced iOS 16.4 to developers and beta testers it is finally distributed to the public today.
This update brings 21 new emojis, supports the display of web app notifications directly to the home screen, phone calls support the microphone mode feature for voice isolation, photo albums can detect duplicate content, and more.
One of the features that is also seen to be retained from the beta version is 5G support that uses a generic profile. Through it no matter which telco plan you use that already supports 5G in Malaysia can continue to be activated. In my tests, Yes 5G and Yoodo had no problem connecting to the 5G network.
Previously during the beta test, there were users who managed to get a 5G connection for Unifi Mobile. So I'm sure this stable version will also remain supported as Yes and Yoodo (only Android devices officially) can be used on iPhone.
The speed that can be seen is up to 647.26 Mbps for download and 102.02 Mbps for upload. Not only that, VoLTE phone call support can also be used.
