A previously leaked CAD drawing hinted that the Dynamic Island system will be used on all iPhone 15 models this year. It replaces the notch for Face ID that was introduced since the iPhone X and last year was only offered on the iPhone 14 Pro model.
Today an image of the iPhone 15 glass panel has been leaked once again confirming the iPhone X's iconic notch will disappear this year. All models offered will use this new design uniformly. Since its introduction last year, this Dynamic Island feature has been followed by Android manufacturers such as Realme and soon on Xiaomi devices.
In addition to the use of Dynamic Island on all models, starting this year all iPhones will also finally use USB-C charging ports to comply with EU and Indian requirements.
