Meta Creator Academy Opens a Creative Space for Malaysian Content Creators

Realizing the great potential and importance of the creator economy in various matters, Meta Malaysia today launched the Meta Creator Academy as one of the initiatives to open the creative doors of Malaysian content creators and help increase the value of the local digital content ecosystem. This program also has the full support of the Malaysian Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) in an effort to provide new opportunities for content creators to improve their skills and build their Facebook and Instagram careers.

Participation from Malaysians, especially young people who want to dabble in this field, is very welcome to make this program more lively. There is no specific field required, rather it is open to a variety of genres including food, clothing, lifestyle, music and new formats such as augmented reality (AR) and digital collectibles.

Through it there are various interesting activity modules provided for free which include training sessions, panel discussions, question and answer sessions as well as connecting creators with parties who can help. At the same time, they will also be exposed to various more interesting ways to make the most of digital tools on Facebook and Instagram.

The result of all these approaches is expected to make local digital content creators appear brighter and more competitive. At the same time, also help build their own brand and develop each other's careers through their interests. The launch ceremony was also enlivened by the presence of the Senior Vice President of Digital Investment, Malaysian Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), Raymond Siva.
