Nothing today held a special event at the Mobile World Congress, and also shared that they will be present with the Nothing Phone (2) in 2023.
Nothing also took the opportunity with chip manufacturer Qualcomm in announcing the collaboration, and stated that the Nothing Phone (2) will be powered by the flagship chip present under the Snapdragon 8 series.
With this step, it leads to a sharp difference in terms of processing power compared to the first generation of the phone.
Today, Qualcomm's latest chip is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 which is available in several devices. It is not yet known whether Nothing will use this chip, or Qualcomm's next-generation chips.
The use of this chip may also indirectly increase the selling price of the phone by Nothing.
For now, it is not yet stated when the Nothing Phone (2) will be launched.
