OpenSignal is now present with the latest report for the period between December 2022 until February 2023, showing that Celcom now has the highest download rate in Malaysia compared to other telecommunication providers.
According to the data gathered, Celcom offers a download score of 26.3Mbps – which is 0.4Mbps faster than Maxis which occupies the second place.
Digi, which once occupied the first throne, is seen falling to the third place through this latest report.
In addition to the download rate, Celcom also leads in the upload rate with a score of 8.2Mbps, followed by U Mobile and Maxis on the next ladder.
