Xiaomi Malaysia today announced the offering of another basic specification phone for the local market, the Redmi 12C.
Redmi 12C comes with a 6.71-inch screen with HD+ resolution, powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 chip at 2Ghz speed, memory up to 6GB RAM, and 128GB storage.
For photo recording, it includes a dual rear camera with a 50MP sensor, in addition to a 5-megapixel selfie camera.
The Redmi 12C also comes with a 5000mAh battery, but still uses a micro-USB based charger with a speed of 10W.
Other features included include 3.5mm audio jack support, in addition to a fingerprint scanner on the back of the device.
For those of you who are interested, the Redmi 12C is offered at a price of RM599 for the 4GB RAM variant, while the 6GB RAM model is offered at a price of RM699.
