Redmi today showed a new technology developed by them, which is the ability to fast charge at a rate of 300W.
Through this technology, it shows the ability to fully charge the 4100mAh battery on the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ phone in just 5 minutes.
Using the shared video, Redmi shows charging up to 50% in just 2 minutes 13 seconds, and can reach 100% full charging in less than 5 minutes.
For now, the technology is being announced as a demonstration of the capabilities that fast chargers can bring. It is not yet known when Redmi or Xiaomi will integrate this technology on their products.
