Samsung today has officially introduced their mid-spec phones under the Galaxy A series. Two models were introduced, the Galaxy A54 and the Galaxy A34.
Samsung Galaxy A54 is purple
The Samsung Galaxy A54 5G comes with a 6.4-inch FHD+ screen with a Super AMOLED display and supports a 120Hz refresh rate. Powering it is an eight-core chip, memory up to 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage.
On the back, the Samsung Galaxy A54 comes with a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 12MP wide-angle sensor, and a 5-megapixel macro sensor. It also includes a 32-megapixel camera for selfies.
Completing this phone is also a 5000mAh battery, equipped with Android 13 operating system and One UI 5.1 interface.
Samsung Galaxy A34 is yellowish green
The Samsung Galaxy A34 5G comes with a 6.6-inch FHD+ screen with a Super AMOLED display, as well as a 120Hz refresh rate, powered by an eight-core chip, memory up to 8GB RAM and storage up to 256GB.
For image recording, it includes a 48-megapixel main camera on the back, which is combined with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, as well as a 5-megapixel macro sensor. The 13-megapixel sensor is used for selfies.
On the battery side, it includes a 5000mAh battery. Like the Galaxy A54 5G, it also comes with Android 13 and One UI 5.1.
Samsung Galaxy A34 design
Samsung promises up to 4 generations of operating system updates, and five years of security updates for both phone models. Both models also support Samsung Knox.
Overall, Samsung says these two smartphones come with a brighter display than before, better camera features, and better battery life.
For now, it is not yet known when Samsung has yet to announce the selling price for the Malaysian market for these two smartphone models.
