Sonos has recently launched two new speakers, the Era 100 and the Era 300. Their flagship model, the Era 300, supports Dolby Atmos audio as well as spatial audio just like the Beam Gen 2, Arc and Arc SL.
As they previously promised, some Sonos speakers will support Apple Music streaming at Dolby Atmos quality and spatial audio. So far this audio format can only be used on Apple products and this is the first time that support for these two features has been extended to non-Apple products.
In the Sonos app version 15.2 users can now directly connect Apple Music and enjoy spatial audio quality with Dolby Atmos on the Sonos Arc, Arc SL, Beam Gen 2 and Era 300.
