Steam Will End Windows 7 And Windows 8 Support In January 2024

 

Steam has now updated their support page, stating that they will end support for Windows 7 and Windows 8, on January 1, 2024.

After that date, the Steam software will no longer run on that version of the operating system, and will require users to upgrade their version of Windows to keep using it.

With this change, users will need a Windows 10 operating system and up to date to continue enjoying various games and content through Steam on their respective computers.
