The Government Will Call Telegram To Deal With Scam Problems

 The Ministry of Communications and Digital has now stated that it will call on Telegram in the near future, to discuss a number of issues related to the messaging application, especially involving scams and user safety.

Today, there are various cases of fraud through the Telegram application, including involving finances and others. In addition to the issue of fraud, Telegram also needs to overcome and curb other issues if any, including the spread of pornographic material and extremism through the messaging application.

In addition, the problem of identity theft is also expected to be given attention. Previously, the former Prime Minister was also a victim of identity theft on the application.
