TikTok Introduces “Shopping Center” – Makes It Easier For Users To Find Products For Sale


 TikTok today announced the introduction of the "Shopping Center" feature in Malaysia, making it easier for users to discover various products and sellers easily.


Previously, searching for sellers and products on TikTok was quite difficult, and with the introduction of this Shopping Center, TikTok overcomes that problem. This is also expected to increase the rate of buying and selling on the platform, without interfering with the main experience of the application.



The “Shop” tab is positioned at the top, allowing you to tap on it and access the various items on sale. It is also now organized by category, in addition to making searching easier.


With this move as well, it is seen that TikTok is now acting more seriously in the e-commerce arena. Parallel to this announcement, TikTok said it will hold a TikTok Shop Bazaar Ramadan campaign starting today until March 22, 2023, followed by Bazaar Raya from March 23 to April 4, 2023.
