TNG eWallet Introduces the Function of Paying for Parking by Scanning QR

Touch n Go eWallet has now introduced another new support, named as "Scan QR In/Out Parking". Through it, it allows Touch n Go eWallet digital wallet users to scan a QR code when they want to enter a car park, and make payments directly using the digital wallet.

By offering this feature, it simultaneously provides an alternative to users, and there is no longer a need to take tickets and stand in long queues when wanting to pay for tickets at special machines.

To use it, when entering a parking location, users need to show their QR code to the scanner in the parking lot, and then, once again, repeat the process at the parking exit bar. Payment will be made according to Touch n Go eWallet.

TNG also said that no internet connection is required to scan the QR code, and users will be sent a notification informing them of the payment. If the device's battery runs out, then the user needs to go to the parking management office, and tell your TNG eWallet phone number for them to issue a parking ticket for manual payment.

For now, Touch n Go eWallet has introduced this "Scan QR In/Out Parking" support in around 70 locations, including some LRT parking lots, Maju Junction Mall, Pertama Complex, Hentian Duta, Campbell Complex, Bukit Jambul Complex, Four Points Desaru, and more. New parking locations are also expected to be added day by day.
