Tecno's foldable screen device was officially unveiled at the Mobile World Congress 2023 that took place in Barcelona, today. Known as the Tecno Phantom V Fold, it is the first device with a foldable screen from Tecno and the use of the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ chip makes it equipped with built-in 5G support.
Sharing more, this device is confirmed to be marketed in Malaysia soon. This is because according to a representative of Tecno Malaysia, it is planning to bring the device into the local market. However, there is no specific date that has been shared so far. Adding to this excitement, Tecno also spread the word about its introduction through several entities on major social media by uploading a number of official promotional images and videos.
Tecno Phantom V Fold is a foldable device with a 7.85-inch flat main screen. This is paired with a 6.42-inch curved secondary screen. Both are also equipped with an AMOLED panel and a 120Hz refresh rate. The MediaTek Dimensitu 9000+ chip is used as the mainstay, alongside 12GB LPDDR5X RAM memory and built-in 512GB internal storage.
Further the device also has a tri-camera with a custom 50MP main sensor that is light sensitive for better results. Not only that, the device also packs a 5000mAh battery that supports a 45W fast charging system. It also runs the HiOS Fold interface which provides interesting features such as Parallel Windows, Split Screen, Drag & Drop and Driving Mode.
