Meta has often focused on community features for their products. IG with channels, whatsapp with communities and more.
Recently, Whatsapp Group is seen to be able to accept new features named as Expiring Groups. As if the message disappeared, the media file can be seen once or broadcast to the status, this feature will ensure that the WhatsApp group created or WhatsApp Group is destroyed after a period of time.
This feature is seen as a choice of whether a WhatsApp Group will be destroyed after one day, one week or setting your own time. This feature is very useful, as it can reduce groups that are already inactive.
Like me , every time there is a launch or work abroad there will be a new WhatsApp Group. But after the event ended or returned to Malaysia, the group administrators often forgot to remove this group leading to spam or checking space.
This feature is seen to be tested on iOS and is uncertain when it will be offered to all, including Android users. What do you say, is this a useful feature?
