5G Network Now Reaches 55% In Populated Areas

 


The 5G network continues to expand day by day, and now the 5G network has reached 55% of the population area in Malaysia. This latest figure is as of the end of March 2023.


With this achievement, there is only 25% left before the 80% target for 2023 is reached.



Fahmi Fadzil also shared that the government will meet this week to determine the policy for the implementation of 5G in Malaysia. We may hear more about this in the near future.


Today, the 5G network can be accessed through the networks of Celcom, Digi, U Mobile, Unifi Mobile, Yoodo and even Yes. A number of locations in major cities are ready to offer 5G services to users.
