Aerodyne is one of the local companies that focuses on drone-based services. Most recently, it was reported that this company based in Cyberjaya is in an effort to raise funds between around $150 million to $200 million this year.
Aerodyne is said to be raising these funds at a value of over $1 billion. Unicorn status is often given to start-up companies or startups that reach this value. Previously, Aerodyne had also achieved the status of the world's leading drone service provider.
Aerodyne is ready to manage over 560,000 infrastructure assets, including performing assessments on over 380,000 power supply infrastructures in 35 countries. Aerodyne's services are also used across various industries, including being used by local government agencies in various endeavors, including flood management.
Aerodyne is also willing to invest and acquire several companies focused on drone services before, enabling them to offer services worldwide, as well as having extensive expertise in the field of drone services.
In addition, Aerodyne is also targeting a public listing or IPO as early as 2024.
