China Wants To Test 3D Printing Technology To Build A Station On The Moon

China is now looking at methods of habitat construction and settlement on the Moon, through the use of 3D printing technology, using materials and minerals found on the Earth's natural satellite.

For now, it is still in the early research stage. To achieve this, China will send several missions to the moon - including to study the environment and mineral composition on the moon.

Various data will be taken and studied to see if 3D printing technology can be used for habitat construction on the Moon.

China aims to send astronauts to the Moon by 2030. And if you want to stay for a long time, a space station needs to be built using materials on the Moon, at the same time making it a habitat or a stopover before further space exploration. By building a settlement on the Moon will also allow further research on the Moon to be carried out.
