Clubhouse Fired Over 50% of Employees

 The hottest application at the beginning of the pandemic was Clubhouse because the people of the earth miss the interaction with other people when confined during the MCO. With the pandemic increasingly forgotten, Clubhouse's fate is now rather dark. This morning Clubhouse announced the layoff of over 50% of their workforce.

As at Facebook, workforce reductions were made at Clubhouse for reasons of increasing the company's efficiency. Since the pandemic began to be seen as over, Clubhouse has been increasingly forgotten as it failed to increase the number of users. This is not helped by other social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook which also offer similar features to Clubhouse. Clubhouse has around 100 staff at the end of 2022.
