DJI Mavic 3 Pro Launched With Hasselblad Tri-Camera System At A Starting Price Of RM 9799

It has become common for modern smartphones to be equipped with a tri-camera system to provide more diverse photo and video capabilities. Today the Mavic 3 Pro was officially launched as the first drone with a built-in tri-camera system.

The Mavic 3 Pro comes with three cameras connected to the same gimbal system. It consists of a wide-angle camera with a Hasselblad 4/3 CMOS sensor that can take 12-bit RAW images with a dynamite range of up to 12.8 stops.

This is the camera that was previously used on the Mavic 3. The ability to record video is up to 5.1K 50p or DCI 4K 120p, All three cameras support recording using Apple ProRes 422 HQ, Apple ProRes 422 and Apple ProRes 422 LT.

The second camera supports optical zoom up to 3X through a 1/1.3″ CMOS sensor that supports recording up to 48MP photos and videos at 4K 60p settings. Finally the third camera supports optical zoom up to 7x and hybrid up to 28x. It can shoot photos at 12MP settings and videos at 4K 60p settings.

The drone can fly for 43 minutes on a single charge. The APAS 5.0 system ensures that it can fly safely without the owner having to worry about violations. This is helped by the eight sensors built into the drone body of this type of quadrotor.
