Facer is one of the most popular watch face apps among Wear OS smart watch users. This app supports many watches including with Samsung Galaxy Watch4 and Galaxy Watch5. After Mobvoi came with its own watch face application TimeShow, Facer who did not want to lose continued to update their offering.
What Facer wants to offer is a real-time 3D watch face. There are 15 different watch faces and each includes 3D characters that Facer claims have a high polygon count, realistic rendering quality and high resolution textures.
Not only that, Facer also stated that this watch face has interesting visual effects, interactive 3D animation, dynamic lighting effects and special particle effects. Facer also claims that their watch faces will not use much battery and are more or less the same as other watch faces.
It's just that this real-time 3D watch face only supports Wear OS watches powered by Snapdragon Wear 4100 chip and above and Samsung Galaxy Watch4/Watch5 only. Specifically for Samsung watches, this watch face will move at a rate of 60fps. Coming soon there will be hundreds of other real-time 3D clock faces included in Facer.
