Huawei Watch Ultimate was launched earlier which could be a direct competitor to Apple Watch Ultra. After being launched in China, it is now entering the global market starting with Europe.
However, the global version is different from the device sold in China as it does not support Beidou's second generation satellite connection. With this, it cannot send and receive SMS without connection.
Other specifications are the same, where it is built with premium materials that are durable and harder than stainless steel. This is matched with sapphire glass on the face of the watch along with a bezel made of ceramic material. Watch Ultimate also has 10ATM waterproof protection support and is suitable for diving activities.
As a smart watch, it also has the standard features of reading pulse, ECG, blood oxygen concentration, site tracking, GPS and automatically tracking up to 100 sports activities. The battery provided can last up to 14 days and 8 days with GPS mode. Fast charging allows the battery to be recharged within an hour.
All these mentioned features are loaded into the body with a 1.5″ LTPO AMOLED display. It is then joined with a frame size of 48.5mm and a weight of 76g without a strap. Watch Ultimate is sold at a price of €749 (~RM3594) in Expedition Black and €899 (~RM4314) for Voyage Blue.
