It has just been reported that the Malaysian Immigration website was hacked today by a hacker calling himself CaptainSmok3r.
The website has been taken offline to allow CyberSecurity Malaysia to conduct further investigations into how the hack occurred and if any confidential data has been stolen through this hack.
A Google search shows that the title of the Malaysian Immigration website has been changed to "Hacked by CaptainSmok3r" and now the website cannot be accessed via desktop or mobile devices.
The Malaysian Immigration has also raised a notice that the website is currently being maintained.
