Last February, Snapchat introduced the My AI feature that uses ChatGPT technology. My AI is a chatbot that becomes the user's "best friend" where this AI can give recommendations to buy gifts, where to go on vacation, what to eat and much more.
The use of My AI is through the chat room in the Snapchat application and is pinned at the top as if it were the most important contact. My AI starting this month is already accessible to all users.
Recently many users attacked Snapchat by rating 1 star on the App Store because they hate My AI. Users seem to be forced to use this feature and are also forced to always see My AI at the top of the conversation list.
Not only that, this feature is automatically activated for many users even if some do not want to use it. The way to remove My AI from the conversation list is to subscribe to Snapchat+.
