Nikon Nikkor Z DX 12-28mm F3.5-5.6 PZ VR Launched Specially For Vloggers

The Nikon Nikkor Z DX 12-28mm F3.5-5.6 PZ VR has just been announced as a video-specific APS-C mirrorless camera. It features a compact design along with consistent zoom controls with a flexible focal length range. This at the same time makes it suitable for use for vlogging and live streaming purposes.

This is improved by its light body of 205 grams making it easy to use and carry anywhere. This new lens offers an ultra-wide-angle zoom between 12-28mm that makes it perfect for a variety of scenes, be it landscapes or group selfies.

This zoom function can also be controlled remotely without touch which is suitable for use with a gimbal to record video. In addition, this control can also be done through a PC or smartphone with the SnapBrige application that is used together. The zoom speed can be adjusted with 11 different settings provided.

This is also matched with the ability to focus a minimum distance of almost 19cm which is good enough for macro shots with sharp things. This lens is also equipped with Nikon Vibration Reduction (VR) technology to reduce shaking and produce stable video recording and sharp enough images.

In accordance with its focus, this camera is also designed with a durable body that is splashproof and dustproof. The new NIKKOR Z DX 12-28mm f/3.5-5.6 PZ VR will be available starting next May with a retail price of $359.95 (~RM1,594) each.
