Oppo Reportedly Developing 300W SupeVOOC Charger

The throne of the world's fastest charger is now held by Realme who offered 240W charging on the GT3 earlier this year. Redmi has announced 300W charging but it is still in the testing stage. Latest according to information leaked by Digital Chat Station, Oppo is also developing a system with the same power.

This 300W SuperVOOC charging system is expected to be shown at the end of this year. It is most likely when the Oppo Inno Day event, which is their innovation platform, is shown to the public. With this technology the 4450mAh battery can be charged in just five minutes.

Fast charging technology is currently being pioneered by a company from China. Even on their mid-range products, 67W charging is already considered normal and slow. Only manufacturers from the West and South Korea still dare to offer charging below 50W as "fast". Is fast charging important to you before making a purchase?
