Orpheus Capital Sdn Bhd together with the vehicle battery supplier company, Bateriku (M) Sdn. Bhd. announced a strategic joint venture to offer digital financing solutions especially for workers in the automotive field.
This collaboration also reflects the continued commitment of both parties towards the empowerment of local micro, small and medium enterprises (PMKS). At the same time also encouraging the use of technology in financial management and business operations.
The joint venture will see Bateriku integrate a number of services under Orpheus including financial invoices, contract financing and GajiNow financing to all Bateriku customers and business partners, especially in rural areas.
In fact, it is understood that the implementation of the GajiNow system and PMKS financing will benefit more than 200 Bateriku employees and business partners across the country, especially for those who need immediate and sharia-compliant financing.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bateriku (M) Sdn. Bhd., Azarol Faizi in a statement said that the effort is considered to be in line with the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) and the MyDIGITAL Action Plan to ensure that the PMKS and salaried individuals have quick access to affordable cost financing aimed at growing businesses.
