The Phone Link application allows phone calls, replying to messages, pictures and files from an Android phone to be accessed directly from a Windows 11 computer. Today Phone Link for iOS has been officially launched allowing content from an iPhone to be accessed directly from a Windows 11 computer.
This feature was announced last February and it can only be used in the testing stage. Starting today iPhone owners can make phone calls, access messages and address books directly from a PC. Also closely integrated to access photos through the Photos application for Windows 11.
Windows 11 PC owners can download the Phone Link app now to access their iPhone content. Microsoft says the feature will be rolled out globally starting today through mid-May.
