Predator Triton 17X Powered by Intel and NVIDIA's Most Powerful Components


 At the recent Acer GPC event, Acer has introduced a number of computer devices for productivity and leisure purposes, and among them is their most powerful gaming laptop to date, the Predator Triton 17X.



This laptop comes with a 17-inch Mini LED screen display with WQXGA resolution (2560×1600) with a 16:10 display ratio and a fast refresh rate of 250Hz. Not only that, it also comes with a brightness value of 1000 nits and supports DisplayHDR 1000 technology and can display 100 percent of the DCI-P3 color gamut.


In terms of internal components, the Predator Triton 17X is powered by a choice of CPUs up to Intel Core i9-13900HX, Intel's most powerful laptop processing chip to date, and combined with up to 64GB of DDR5 memory and 4TB PCIe 4.0 SSD storage.



As for the graphics card offering, the Predator Triton 17X is loaded with the most powerful laptop graphics card to date, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 which is capable of running any computer game at a very high resolution, setting and refresh rate.


To cool these powerful components, Acer introduced Vortex Flow cooling technology consisting of three cooling fans, two of which are 5th generation Aeroblade 3D fans combined with heat pipes that drain heat from components such as the CPU and GPU.



Additional features on this laptop also include the use of RGB lighting for each key, a fingerprint scanner, six speakers with DTS:X Ultra support, support for WiFi 6E, support for Thunderbolt 4 plugs, and even an SD card reader that can support data reading as fast as 985MB/s.


The Predator Triton 17X laptop will arrive in select markets in May at a starting price tag of $3799. For now it is not known when it will arrive in the local market.
