Sony Is Reportedly Developing A New Mobile Console


 Xperia Play, PlayStation Portable (PSP) and PlayStation Vita are three portable consoles that Sony has offered without success. After Sony no longer offers mobile consoles, Nintendo Switch and Steam Deck are now popular. Seeing the popularity of these two consoles, Sony is now developing their latest mobile console.



According to a report by Insider Gaming this console is being developed using the code name Q Lite. It allows owners to enjoy PlayStation 5 games through the Remote Play feature. Therefore requires an internet connection all the time. It can stream Remote Play content at 1080p 60FPS settings.


In terms of design it is said to be a Sony DualSense game controller but has an 8-inch screen in the middle. All of the haptic control buttons on the DualSense will be retained. The Q Lite may be launched after the PlayStation 5 Pro which is also said to be launched later.
