Sony now through their social channels announced a device launch event scheduled for May 11, 2023.
Through the shared video, Sony labeled it as "The next ONE is coming...", at the same time giving a sign that they will introduce a flagship smartphone under the Xperia 1 series at the event.
If correct, then we will see the introduction of the Xperia 1 V at the event later. Like other flagship phones, we may see the use of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip on this phone, in addition to updates on the camera.
Let's all look forward to May 11, 2023 to see for ourselves what surprise Sony has prepared through their flagship smartphone.
