Today Xiaomi also launched five new smart cameras that will make it easier for you to monitor the situation inside and outside the house while you are on vacation. These cameras all have artificial intelligence technology for human movement tracking and better image/video quality.
Each of these cameras also supports two-way voice calling where users can communicate or alert directly on the smartphone and the audio will be broadcast to the camera at home.
Xiaomi Smart Camera C400, C300 And C200
Xiaomi C400 is the flagship model with a selling price of RM239. This smart camera uses a 4MP camera sensor and supports 2.5K resolution. The Xiaomi C300 is sold at a price of RM199 with a 3MP sensor and 2K ultra-clear HD recording. While the Xiaomi C200 is the cheapest model with a price of RM149. This camera uses a 2MP sensor and supports FHD recording only.
Each recorded recording is also encrypted so that it cannot be accessed by outsiders. Interestingly, all of these Xiaomi smart cameras also support 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi connections. A micro SD card slot is also provided to store more videos and photos.
Xiaomi Smart Camera C400, C300 and C200 can also be used for recording 360 degree panoramic view. Like other Xiaomi smart products these three cameras can be controlled using Mi Home and Google Assistant.
Xiaomi Outdoor Camera AW300 And AW200
Unlike the three cameras above, as the name suggests, Xiaomi's smart camera under the AW series is for outdoor use. Be an alternative to closed circuit camera systems. Xiaomi Outdoor Camera AW300 supports 2K ultra-HD 2K recording with Spotlight mode support. Not only that for long-lasting durability, IP66 protection is also included to prevent water and dust from entering.
The AW200 model only supports IP65 protection and FHD 1080p recording only. But both cameras support two-way voice calling and AI camera tracking to ensure no suspicious movements.
The selling price for the AW300 is RM199 while the AW200 is RM149 and like the C series above this model also supports control with the Mi Home application as well as using Google Assistant.
