Apple's "Support" Application Updated To Easily Find Device Repair Locations

If you use an iPhone or iPad, you will definitely notice that there will be a pre-installed Support application. It is not a system app and you can just remove it. But my advice is not to because this is an application that will help you if there is a problem with the device.

In the Support application you can check the device warranty, manage subscriptions, find help to repair the device or even directly contact an Apple representative to help you directly.

Recently this application has been updated with a new interface. Through it there are now three tabs namely Support, Locations and Activity. In Support it is like before you can select iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods and other products registered under your name to ask for help.

Then on Locations it makes it easy for you to find an official or recognized store location to send the device for repair or warranty claim. The Activity tab is for monitoring your activity history with Apple including managing appointments or scheduling phone calls.
