Baidu Expected to Introduce Smartphone as Early as Next Week

 Baidu is China's largest search engine provider, and also has a number of subsidiaries and other offerings focused on the internet and technology. Recently, the subsidiary focusing on the smart device portfolio under Baidu announced that it will introduce a smart phone next week.

Previously, Baidu simply offered a smart panel that made it easy for users to interact and get various answers through it. With the introduction of smartphones, it simultaneously shows Baidu joining the smartphone arena that already has hundreds of brands on the market.

In fact, Baidu's participation comes at a time when the smartphone market is showing a slight decline this year compared to before.
