Elon Musk Still Isn't Allowed to Blasphemy About Tesla

A few years ago, Elon Musk was instructed by the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) to get permission from Tesla's lawyers before talking about anything about it.

This happened when a tweet by the individual saying that he had secured an investment for the company caused Tesla's stock to rise, even though he had not actually confirmed the investment yet. In fact, because of this incident, Elon Musk is no longer the chairman of Tesla, and the company had to pay a $20 million lawsuit.

Elon Musk has made several attempts to plead so that he can be more open about Tesla's situation, but so far has been unsuccessful in doing so. In fact, his latest appeal was also rejected by the court, and he will still need to get confirmation from the company's lawyers before speaking about anything about Tesla's financial position.
