Fairphone Fairbuds XL Launched With Eco-Friendly Materials And Easy To Repair

Fairphone Fairbuds XL has finally been officially launched with its own uniqueness, in which recycled materials are used entirely in its manufacturing process. According to Fairphone, the body of this earphone is entirely made of recycled plastic and aluminum. Not surprising because the same thing was done by Fairphone through some of their products before.

Interestingly, these headphones can also be easily repaired by the user himself. There are about nine spare parts available including batteries that need to be purchased separately. At the same time, it also has a foldable design for easy storage when not in use.

The phone to the Fairphone FairXL is equipped with six built-in microphones that also support active noise cancellation and ambient mode. This is also matched with a pair of 40mm Dynamic Drivers along with two physical buttons, one of which is used for bluetooth tethering. The included battery is advertised to last up to 30 hours with ANC turned off and 26 hours when activated.

The headphones also have an IP54 waterproof rating which means they are suitable for use during exercise. Another thing to say is that no cable is provided in the purchase box, rather Fairphone is said to sell it separately. The selling price of Fairphone FairXL is €249 (~RM1217) available in green and black.
