Huawei's new set of wireless earphones is also offered in Malaysia today through the FreeBuds 5. It looks unique compared to the usual TWS that features a waterdrop-like design. For those interested, these earphones are offered at a price of RM699 with two attractive color options such as silver and white.
Huawei FreeBuds 5 are equipped with 11 mm audio drivers and each of them has three microphones and a deep neural network (DNN) algorithm aimed at making calls better. This is also matched with a 3.0-based active noise cancellation system that is able to reduce noise in the surrounding area.
With a 505mAh battery, these earphones are capable of operating for 30 hours continuously if ANC is turned off. Otherwise, it can last a maximum of 20 hours with the charging pod. Other specifications include bluetooth 5.2 connectivity, IP54 water splash proof and simultaneous dual-device support.
