Instagram is now reportedly testing a more private photo sharing feature that can only be seen by selected friends. This means that users will be able to share and upload various types of content freely without having to worry about being seen by the public except for selected close friends.
This feature can be accessed through the 'New Post' space which will also include a new tab called 'Audience' to allow users to choose sharing settings with the public or close friends (Close Friends) only. At the same time, there is also the ability to add exclusive information through it which can also be used for marketing purposes.
This new update can be considered interesting especially for those who care about the privacy of their personal life but when it will be officially offered is still unknown. This feature has also actually been launched on Instagram Stories, where users can also upload photos or videos for close friends.
