Kyocera became another company withdrawing from the smartphone market for public use. The company from Japan announced their withdrawal in the morning and will focus on producing smartphones for the corporate market only.
In Malaysia the withdrawal from the public market now will not leave a big impact because their device has never been officially marketed. Since entering this arena, Kyocera has offered some unique devices such as the Echo that has dual screens. It came too early before the technology was mature enough to be fully commercialized.
