Lazada Integrates ChatGPT Technology On Ecommerce – Introducing LazzieChat

 


With the boom in artificial intelligence, Lazada now takes the step of integrating ChatGPT technology from OpenAI into their platform, and introduces a new feature called LazzieChat. With this integration, it simultaneously enables LazzieChat to answer a number of questions regarding shopping on the Lazada platform easily.



Lazada became the first e-commerce service in the region to integrate ChatGPT on their platform, in line with user demand and popularity of ChatGPT. Lazada is expected to provide more personalized recommendations and info, in addition to helping users more in making a decision to buy an item on Lazada.


Lazada aims that this LazzieChat feature will help in a number of purchases, especially those involving fashion and beauty.


Anyway, for now LazzieChat is only offered in Singapore, Philippines and Indonesia. Lazada stated that it will be expanded to other regions in stages. LazzieChat is said to be accessible by simply scrolling down (swipe down) on the main page of the Lazada application. For now, it is not known yet when this feature will be introduced in Malaysia.
