Top YouTuber MrBeast really likes to create sensations. He bought up houses in the vicinity to be occupied by his family and employees.
Jimmy Donaldson or often called MrBeast has bought a home environment for himself, his family and his employees. He has bought five separate homes in the neighborhood where he grew up.
It is known from the New York Post, Sunday (14/5/2023) Donaldson has a net worth of US $ 54 million and more than 40 billion total views of his videos. Even so, his house does not reflect a luxurious life.
Donaldson lives like an American in general, far from the frenetic Hollywood. He bought his own house in 2018 for US$320,000.
The two-storey house occupies almost 280 square meters consisting of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Slowly but surely, Donaldson bought up the rest of the nearby houses for his family and employees who were paid more than the normal price.
The second property was purchased for US$ 263 thousand in 2020. The following year, he bought all three houses for a total price of US$ 1.45 million. There is only one house left where the family allegedly is waiting for their children to finish school.
"My understanding is people are sticking around because there is the best school in the area and they have kids at school," said Aaron Bowden, the man who last sold the house to MrBeast.
Until now, Donaldson has more than 150 million subscribers, his YouTube channel is ranked fourth with the most subscribers in the world.
